हुनर हैं तो कदर हैं

In today's era where only education is not sufficient for personal/professional development, it calls for something called as Skills. May it be a job skill, interpersonal skills or soft skills.
Everybody want's to be successful in his/her life. in order to be successful you need two things.
1) Domain Knowledge:-
What does it mean? its the area of your expertise, the technical knowledge you have in a specific field. This is important because you are going to earn the money/salary on its basis. each of us should have our own domain and we must be expert in it.
2) Skills:-
Yes the major contribution to the success of individual is of  skills. It may be the soft skills, job Skills or  interpersonal skills it contribute more then 50% and yes dominate the domain knowledge to be successful.
Such is the importance of the skills in success of individual and unfortunately there is hardly any school/college or syllabus which focus on development of this skills. Also the important thing about the Skills it it can be acquire by practice at any stage of life. All you need is to have willingness to acquire it.
Few are the skills which can help you to get the job in market, depending upon your graduation and education background you can select any one of the skills and get job.

Computer operator:- Lets start with very basic and early stage of job level, this job is for anyone who has done 10th or 12th any stream. The key skill required is knowledge of computer, Typing English at least. for this job you can do course like computer operator from any good skill development center. Please don't think that MS-CIT is the capable course for this post. Practical knowledge is essential and MS-CIT is ERA base learning.

Tally+GST Auditing:- This course is for those who have opted commerce as 10+2 and Graduation in B.Com. The course like TALLY and Auditing from a good training institute is enough for you to get at job at local level. Many of them are doing this job while they are at graduate level along with their studies (part time). Please focus on practical more then theory. Even non commerce students can also select this field.

CAD/CAM:- For the so called today engineers who are mostly found unemployed, this is the big area of job creation CAD/CAM. if you are from CIVIL or MECHANICAL stream then this is your future a proper 2D and 3D course with all practical knowledge is enough to get you a job as drafter.
